Shipping was very fast and the look was exactly what was described. However, I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed with the smoke that it does not resemble a flame at all but simply flies down because the air flow is not strong enough. The fan that was installed under the case is also quite loud in operation. But overall it serves its purpose.
