There is a limit to how far it can be tilted to the side, so it's a bit short. When you lift it up, it gets caught on the headrest, so you have to apply a bit of force to lift it up.
The headrests in the first row are fine, but there is a problem with the headrests in the second row.

The headrest sizes of the first and second rows are slightly different.
