The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Return and Refund

In our Return Policy, you do not need to return us your product (If the product damaged). Means you can have refund or replacement without returning your handheld product. We decide because of high international shipping charges.

Whether you want refund or replacement. In both cases, you have to contact us with-in 5 days after the product delivered.

 

Replacement

In order for the Goods to be eligible for replacement, please make sure that:

  • Returns are acceptable only if the product is damaged during the shipping period.
  • Return request should be under 5 days after the product delivered. On the 6th day, you are not eligible to get replacement.
We do not take damaged product in your return request due to high shipping charges but we send you an another package as a replacement.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are acceptable only if the product is damaged during the shipping period.
  • Refund request should be under 5 days after the product delivered. On the 6th day, you are not eligible to get refund.
We prefer replacement because you will get 50% partial refund (Half value of the product) due to high international shipping charges. 

 

Cancellation

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before dispatched without giving any reason for doing so. You have full right to cancel order until product not shipped. It usually takes 24-48 hours for dispatch from warehouse. 

Your refund will be issued after you cancel your order and your amount will be refunded within 24 hours. We will notify you once the refund is made.

Conditions for Cancellations

In order for the Goods to be eligible for cancellation, please make sure that:

  • Product must be in process, not dispatched

The following reasons to unable cancellation:

  • Your order has been dispatched.
  • Product has been delivered which you ordered.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
